HR Tech Insider exists to

help organizations make smarter, more grounded decisions about HR technology and AI.

We are not here to throw vendor options at a messy problem and call it strategy. We help organizations get clear on what is actually needed beneath the buying decision: business priorities, process friction, stakeholder needs, workflow realities, and the conditions required for technology to create value.

Whether you are a growing company, a lean nonprofit, or an HR team carrying too much with too little support, HR Tech Insider brings independent guidance to decisions that can easily get expensive, political, and noisy.

At HR Tech Insider, technology is never the point. Better business outcomes are.

As an Insider,

I built my career inside the world of SaaS, AI, and HR technology, working directly with organizations navigating high-stakes decisions about systems, vendors, and change.

That experience showed me something early: most HR tech decisions do not break because a platform looked bad in a demo. They break because the business was unclear, the process was inconsistent, and the software was expected to solve problems no one had fully defined.

That is the lens I bring to this work now.

HR Tech Insider is where I apply strategic, systems-level thinking to the HR technology landscape, helping organizations cut through vendor sameness, align decisions to operational reality, and make choices that actually support scale.

At the end of the day, this work is not about chasing shiny tools. It is about building the right conditions for people, process, and technology to work together.
